By using iResults ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description
iResults is a Discord bot providing iRacing statistics and race tracking. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

3. User Obligations
- Use the Bot in compliance with Discord's Terms
- Maintain accurate iRacing credentials
- Do not abuse, exploit, or attempt to reverse engineer the Bot
- Do not use for unauthorized data collection

4. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect:
- Discord server IDs
- iRacing customer IDs
- Race results data
- Channel configuration settings

Data is used solely for Bot functionality and deleted upon request.

5. Limitations of Service
- No guarantee of continuous service
- May limit usage to prevent abuse
- Features subject to change
- Service may be terminated at any time

6. Intellectual Property
All rights reserved. Bot code, design, and assets are protected by copyright law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Bot is provided without warranties. We're not responsible for:
- Service interruptions
- Data accuracy
- Third-party services
- User-caused damages

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
